General Information
HOURS – Monday –Friday 6 am to 4 pm

FREQUENCY – Choose from weekly, biweekly, triweekly, monthly or just 1 time

HOLIDAYS – We are closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We work on all other federal holidays.

PAYMENT POLICY – We offer monthly billing for weekly clients and commercial properties. All other clients pay on day of service or arrange for an automatic bank payment.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING – NO PROBLEM! Please call or email the office prior to the next scheduled cleaning or by 6 am that day and we will be happy to make the needed changes. We understand—life happens.

EXTRA SERVICE – NO PROBLEM! Just call or email the office with any additional dates required. We will fit you in.

RETURNED CHECK POLICY – We charge $30 per occurrence

LICENSE / BONDED / INSURED - Certificate of Insurance will be provided upon request.

FLEXIBILITY
DomestiCall contracts are tailored to meet your needs and can include weekend hours. We are flexible and responsive . . . and offer references upon request.
